Grab it at the shop — 1205 Manhattan Ave, 5th floor — or we ship UPS. We don't run deliveries; your courier or ours-by-UPS, your call.
Bringing your own garments?
Welcome — with the industry-standard fine print up front: supply 2–3% extra per size/style (spoilage happens on any press), garments clean, unused, and rated for high-heat curing up to 330°F. We stand behind the printing; you're invoiced only for pieces that print successfully, and customer-supplied items themselves can't be replaced or refunded by us.

How fast can you turn a job around?
Standard is 7–10 business days from approval and payment. Rush is available — 5 business days, 2–4 business days, and next-day on some jobs. Tell us your deadline in your quote request and we’ll confirm what’s possible when we email your pricing.
What's the minimum order?
Most runs start around 12 pieces, and smaller jobs often ride along with the shop schedule. Send it — if we can't make it work, we'll tell you straight instead of ghosting you.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes. Bring 2–3% extra per size/style for spoilage (industry standard), garments clean and unused, heat-safe to 330°F. You're invoiced only for pieces that print successfully; we cover the printing service, not the garment itself.
Do you deliver?
We don't run deliveries — pickup at the shop (1205 Manhattan Ave, Greenpoint, 5th floor) or UPS shipping, and you're welcome to send your own courier.
What art files do you take?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is best and prints sharp at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG works too — the designer above checks your file's resolution at your print size and flags anything soft. When you email your request, attach your original art file so we can review it for pricing.
Do you work with schools and institutions?
Yes — we're a registered NYC DOE vendor, and school, team and uniform programs are everyday work here. Purchase orders and tax paperwork handled properly.
How do I get pricing?
We don’t list pricing online. Upload your art and job info in the quote request above — or use the simple form — and email it to us. We review every request in the shop and email back your pricing.
What does a live event activation need from us?
A 10×10 ft footprint and one 20-amp power line. We bring the crew, machines and supplies — and because the crew is NYC-based, there are no travel or hotel needs for local events. Send your date and venue and we’ll email back pricing.
